BS3059 PART I, BS3059-I 320 CFS

BS 3059 standard accord to the steel boiler and superheater tubes. Part I-87 low tensile carbon steel tube without specified elevated temperature preperites.


Our product BS3059-II 360 10, BS3059-II440 belongs to this boiler tube.

Scope:
This part of BS3059 specifies requirements for plain end, seamless and welded, low tensile carbon steel tubes, not exceeding 127mm outside diameter and not exceeding 12.5mm wall thickness for use in boilers and superheaters.. Only one grade of steel is included in the specifications and is designated 320.
In additon to the detinitive requirements, this part of BS 3059 requires the items in 2.1 to be documented. It also requires options selected by the purchaser from those detailed in 2.2 to be documented. For compliance with this port of BS3059 both the definitive requirments and the documented items have to be satisfied.
